NEW REPLACEMENT FUEL TANK FOR TRITON

Long Range Automotive (LRA) in Melbourne have just released an all new replacement fuel tank to suit the Mitsubishi Triton 3.2 litre turbo diesel (2006 onward) range of utility vehicles.

This new tank holds 120 litres and replaces the original 75 litre tank. Based on figures supplied by Mitsubishi, the Triton diesel returns a figure of 9.1l per 100km giving a range of approximately 824km under the best case scenario with the original tank.  With the LRA tank fitted, the range jumps out to a whopping 1319km, an excellent result for a tourer. The boys are also working on a new tank to suit the petrol variants which should be available soon.

The Triton tank is manufactured from 2mm aluminised steel, which is etch primed and finished in silver hammertone enamel.  This new Triton tank comes with all fittings and a 2 year Australia wide warranty.
